Today, 12 children from KS2, were invited to attend a workshop in our school library.
This was led by Peter and Ryan who were from a marketing company called Smarts.
The children were asked to come to the morning, full of energy, creative thinking and with their artistic abilities ready!
They worked on the idea that children have many skills and abilities and these should be promoted. They were encouraged to think about all the things that Whitehouse Primary children are able to do and all the wonderful qualities they show.
After some ice-breaker games, the children planned their pictures. They had their break and then had to complete a picture about:
“I can----- .”
The children's work was amazing!
Ryan and Peter took their posters and ideas back to their company and are going to produce a large banner showing all the things the children in our school can do.
We are very grateful to Smarts for giving our children the opportunity to design a banner about all the things W.P.S children are able to do.
We can’t wait to see the end result!
