Biodiversity- birds
Biodiversity is one of our main Eco topics and the Y3's have shared some work they have been doing about birds. They have been observing birds within our school grounds, making graphs and have spotted a nest in their playground with a family of starlings. They have made bird pudding and placed it in a variety of places around the grounds. It is so important to encourage birds within our grounds and provide food and water in all weather. Keep a look out for some bird boxes we plan to put up in our school grounds soon. They have also made a project about their favourite bird and shared it with their class. They would like to share this with you too!
Great work year 3!
