As you may have noticed, we had a special delivery to our school! The Cash for Clobber textile bin has arrived. You can find it in the delivery bay just outside the Key Stage 1 playground.
They also took with them 120Kg of clothing which has earned us the amount of £48.
The members of the Eco team have made the decision to share proceeds from Cash for Clobber with the charity, Cancer Fund for Children. We are so proud of the children for making this decision!
Thanks to the families who have already brought in bags of clothing they no longer need. Please keep thinking of us as you are getting rid of clothes, curtains or shoes! Every item will help us earn more money. We have entered a competition in which the school who has recycled the largest weight of clothing wins a money prize! There are different categories for the different sizes of schools. Help us to be the winner. We have until June!
