Thank you to Coach David from Club Gymnasia for taking an introduction to gymnastics sessions with Year 3. We worked on our balance and flexibility by doing different movements to represent different animals. We then moved around stations taking part in jumping, balancing, pulling and lifting. We had so much fun and really enjoyed taking part in gymnastics.
