The Eco Team led another assembly today. They reviewed the NYNY week through a video they had made and shared it with the school. We had 3 special visitors attend our assembly today-

Sarah, from Cancer Fund for Children.
Sarah came into visit the Eco Team yesterday to talk to them about the work she does for Cancer Fund for Children. Today the children gave Sarah £80 raised through our Cash for Clobber scheme. This is half the amount raised so far. She shared with the children how the money would be used and how it supports children and their families.
The team also told the school of plans for the planters in the school grounds and which classes would be responsible for them. They shared the idea of a suggestion box which will be displayed on our notice board. The children feel it is important that all the children’s ideas are heard!
