Today you would have been forgiven for thinking you had stepped into a 1940's classroom. Our Year 4's looked fantastic dressed as evacuees ready for their visit to the Northern Ireland War Memorial in Belfast.
To start the day we sang our 'Evacuate' song that we have learning with Mrs Weir on a Friday afternoon. At the war memorial we learnt all about the impact the war had on Northern Ireland and had the opportunity to dress up in authentic WW2 uniforms.
