Firework Safety Assembly
21st Oct 2016
In autumn pupils and their families come increasingly across fireworks. Firework displays can create fantastic memories and bring lots of joy. Sadly, however, the misuse of fireworks can also cause lasting damage and real pain.
As part of our pastoral provision we each year use local experts to educate our children about firework safety. This year we welcomed two P.S.N.I. Officers, Des and John, to our school. They provided a very informative talk to help all our pupils enjoy fireworks and sparklers safely.
We wish all our families a wonderful and safe break over half term.
