Heart Global is an International Performing Arts Outreach organisation that is currently touring in the UK and Ireland. The project aims to develop not just the pupil’s performing ability, but also their ability to work with others, their confidence and self-belief. During February Heart Global hosted projects in Carrick Academy and Abbey Community College and our Y6 and Y7 pupils were invited to join in. A cast of 13 performers from around the world worked with the children over the 3 days on singing, dancing and acting, in preparation for a complete stage show that took place on the final evening for an audience. We are so proud of the 3 Y6 pupils and 8 Y7 pupils who took part. It was a fantastic performance and we hope you were all inspired and enjoyed this fabulous experience.
