KS1 had a fun time on our nature walk today. We took a walk in the Glen and saw some beautiful plants, flowers and strangely shaped leaves. We used 5 of our senses and thought about we could hear, smell, feel and see. We left the tasting part until we returned to school for our ice cream! 🍨We also loved getting a few ‘honks’ from some passing cars and lorries. This made the everyone very happy. The sun was out for our walk and we made it into school just before the rain made an appearance!
