The P5 classes have taken part in a wonderful series of lessons about memories.
The children were asked to think about their lives so far and to decide on specific memories that were important to them.
They had to chose a sad, white, funny, precious, happy and warm memory.
Each person had a week to complete a page telling us about each of these memories. They then had to find an item to represent each. Lastly they had to decorate a box and fill it with their items and written accounts.
We were so delighted when the children brought these in and presented their memory boxes to their class.
We loved hearing the stories and everyone worked very hard to complete this homework.
Lastly, some children were nervous about presenting in front of an audience but they ''Felt the fear and did it anyway!"
