On Thursday 13th October, the P2 children went to visit the Ark Farm in Newtownards.
Everyone travelled by bus and when we arrived, we had a wonderful time. Here are some of the animals we saw and the activities we took part in:
- We saw rabbits, meercats, goats, owls, turkeys, chicks, horses, donkeys, pigs, snakes and bearded dragon?
- We played in the park.
- We got a tractor ride.
- We feed the animals.
- We touched some of the small farm animals.
- We found out about what life on a farm is like.
To finish our day, we had our lunch and then it was time to get back into the bus to go home.
Everyone agreed, the Ark Farm is a fantastic place to visit.
