On Thursday 5th October we welcome Opus Photography to our school. The order form sent home with this letter allows you to request individual or/and family groups to be taken by the photographers. I would urge you to return the form as soon as possible. No photographs will be taken unless the order form is signed. Please be aware that you are not obliged to buy the photographs if you sign the form.
Parents with children who have not started nursery or the main primary school are welcome to bring them to school between 9am and 9.30am for a family photograph.
There can be a high demand for these family portraits. To avoid children standing in long queues and missing lessons, all nursery and primary pupils must go to their classes as normal. Parents come to the hall and line up with their preschool child/children only. We will have older pupils who will collect your children within the school and bring them to the hall.
This year we have three photographers coming. The system should be very efficient and much faster. It works best, however, if parents follow the rules. Therefore, if parents arrive with pupils they will be asked to bring them to class.
The school hall will be used for photographs throughout the day.
It may be useful to send in a comb/brush for your child to help them prepare for their photograph.
