Speak Out Stay Safe
20th May 2025
Year 1 -7 took part last week in NSPCC's Speak out. Stay safe. Programme. All parents were informed via email. Speak out. Stay safe. is a programme for children which aims to help children understand abuse in all its forms and to recognise the signs of abuse. Children are taught to speak out if they are worried, either to a safe adult or Childline. Today the virtual assemblies were followed up with classroom-based activities led by NSPCC volunteers in Year 3, Year 6 and Year 7. This a valuable event to reinforce our key safeguarding messages in an interactive way with the help of the NSPCC mascot Buddy.
