This week staff took part in a training session which promoted mental health awareness and improving resilience among 8-25 year olds. The programme was delivered by David Duly from the Northern Area Mental Health Initiative. All staff thought the session was informative and provided a valuable insight into promoting mental health among young people. We will welcome David back to school in January when he will be working with KS2 pupils as part of our New Year New You programme. There will also be an opportunity for parents to attend a very worthwhile information night on Wednesday 10th January - save the date!
