Stormont and the Belfast Sightseeing Bus (Y4B)
We had a great morning at Stormont, we stood in the great hall and visited the Assembly Chamber and the Senate Chamber. In the Assembly Chamber, we found out where the MLAs sit and voted to abolish school uniform. We held an election, where four different parties gave a speech on why they should be elected. The Pet Party (Daniel) and the Technology Party (Blake) were elected. After eating our lunch, we got on the Belfast Sightseeing bus for a tour around some of the main sights in Belfast. We saw the C.S. Lewis statue, Samson and Goliath cranes, Shaftsbury Square and the Albert Clock and many other sights along the way. We even had a sing along on the way back to school.
