The Eco Squad have been visiting each class this week to tell the children about 'Switch off Fortnight', which will be happening over the next 2 weeks.
They wanted the children to think about how we use energy in school and at home. Should lights be left on in a room if it isn't being used? Are we turning off devices rather than leaving them on stand by?
Why not look at the power point the children used and find out more information. We have been using 'The Pod' website. why not go on and see what else you can find out?!
You might find the lights being turned off around the house over the next 2 weeks!!
