United Nations House Competition
On Friday, in Assembly, we were learning all about the United Nations.
We learned about when and why the United Nations was formed and what their job is. We also learned about how the United Nations created the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Children in Y2 - Y7 have the opportunity to take part in a house competition this week to help them learn more about the United Nations. All pupils received a copy of the competition sheet on Friday, but further copies can be downloaded from the 'files' section of our Rights Respecting School page.
I hope you all enjoy taking part in the competition. Entries should be returned to school by Friday 13th September. The winners will be announced in assembly that day.
Keep a look out for a new Rights Respecting School Competition next week!
