We really enjoyed our trip to the War Memorial museum in Belfast. We learnt more about the Belfast Blitz, rationing, the Home Guard and evacuees. Some of the children chose to dress up as nurses, pilots, soldiers and air raid wardens from WW2 and we all tried to say "Got any gum chum?" In our best American accent.
