Today Year 2R and Year 5R/C worked together as part of Festival of Words. The Year 2 children really enjoyed listening to the Year 5 children read a chapter from their favourite book! Some of the Year 5 children were then able to read a story book to their Year 2 buddy.
After this each of the children designed their own bookmark to take home.
We had a great time reading together this morning!
