Y3 have been thinking about how we can make a difference to wildlife in our local environment. In connection with our 'Taking Flight' topic we decided to make bird pudding for the birds that visit our grounds to help them through the Winter. Look at the photos to find out the ingredients we used. You will find other photos on the website of us putting the bird balls around the school. We also wrote instructions on how to make bird pudding during our writing week.We would like to encourage a larger variety of birds to visit our grounds. During the cold weather you could help out local wildlife by making sure there is water to drink and food to eat, especially when it is cold and icy.
