Throughout January and February Year 1 were learning all about Winter. They explored Winter in Northern Ireland and were involved in lots of different activities relating to robins, snowmen, snowflakes and winter clothes. Year 1 loved finding out about lots of different winter sports especially since the Winter Olympics were being shown on T.V. Then we looked at Polar Lands and enjoyed finding out about all the different animals that live there.
