Y3 travelled to Castle Espie to find out about birds that like to live in wetland areas. We went bird spotting in the bird hide and learnt how to use binoculars. We learnt about the word MIGRATION and used a giant map to find out about the journey of the Brent Geese from Arctic Canada to Northern Ireland. Did you know they travel 1500 miles to get here?
