Year 7 Eco Team
The Year 7 Eco team have been very busy. Every day a team of volunteers check that everyone has turned their lights off when the classrooms are empty at break and lunch. They discovered that Year 2, Mrs Robinson’s class were the best at remembering and they gave everybody a sticker.
The litter picking team have been clearing litter that has got caught in the bushes and trees that surround our playgrounds and playing field. This not only improves the environment for us and our community but also helps to protect the wildlife.
Every week our recycling team collects the waste paper, plastic and tinfoil from each class and recycles it. The nature watch team fill up the bird feeders and make sure that there is plenty of fresh water on the feeding stations.
Well done Eco Team. Keep up the good work.
