Last Thursday Year 7 RW visited Tescos as part of their Farm to Fork education programme. We learnt about the concept of sustainability by discussing different statements about bananas, we had a logo hunt around the store for Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade and became cocoa detectives. We also tried different varieties of bananas and chocolate. It was a very enjoyable and educational visit. We enjoyed wearing our yellow vests and talking to some of the customers. Year 7 SR are completing the same workshop next week.
