Year 7 have had a very busy week. We have taken part in a variety of workshops and activities during 'New Year, New You'. Our first workshop was lead by David Duly from Action Mental Health. He gave us useful tips on how to maintain our mental well being. He said we should Learn, Be Active, Give, Take Notice and Connect.
We welcomed visitors from Abbey Community College, Belfast High School and Ballyclare High School. We also visited Carrickfergus Academy and Abbey Community College to take part in lesson sampling activities such as science, technology, home economics, art and P.E.
Finally we all enjoyed tasting the refreshing fruit provided by Tesco.
