Year 5 Titanic Trip
Year 5 had a wonderful day at the Titanic Museum this week. It was a great way to start our topic and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a chance to go on board the Nomadic boat that carried passengers to the Titanic and we also visited the slipways where the Titanic was built. Inside the museum we had expert guides who told us lots of interesting information and stories about the Titanic. We learned more about where and how it was built. We also saw where first and second class passengers spent their time and we went on a ride that showed us what it was like to work in the boiler room. Our guides also told us more about all the things that went wrong the night the Titanic hit the iceberg. We had a great time and we hope you enjoy looking at the photographs
